Daniel Gonzalez, Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting, has extensive experience leading finance functions across high-growth biotechnology and life sciences companies. Prior to joining the team, Daniel provided consulting services to therapeutics companies, supporting business development, corporate finance and tender offers. Previously, Daniel was Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Development at Huyabio International, where he expanded the finance function, led fundraising efforts and negotiated deal structures with global pharmaceutical companies. Daniel brings experience in leading the finance function in a molecular diagnostics lab setting from his role as Vice President of Finance at Progenity Inc., where he built and scaled the team, launched new business lines and played a key role in preparing the company for its IPO. Daniel holds a degree from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University.
