Find A Blood Draw Location

Locate a lab for your Prometheus test. View contact information and choose the location that fits your needs. Mobile phlebotomy services may also be available in select areas.

If you are a patient at a hospital or health system, please check with them first to see if they have an onsite draw site. If they don’t, you may use this locator to find a location near you.

Before your visit, contact the draw site to confirm hours of operation and appointment availability. Bring your photo ID, insurance information, a Prometheus test requisition completed by your doctor and specimen transport kit to your appointment. If you don’t have a specimen transport kit, please contact Client Services at the number below for assistance.

When calling a draw site, be sure to tell them, “I am calling to request a blood draw for a Prometheus Laboratories send-out test.” Please Note: a draw fee may apply and vary by location.
